• The water level should be just above the roots but below the green stems and leaves. Ideally, keep about an inch of the stems above the water. Use a transparent container so you can monitor the water level.

• Maintain a room temperature between 65-75°F (18-24°C). Lucky Bamboo prefers consistent, moderate temperatures.

5. Pot and Container:

• Plant your Lucky Bamboo in a container with no drainage holes to maintain the water level. Choose a container that is proportionate to the height of the bamboo stalks and provides stability.

6. Fertilization:

• Lucky Bamboo doesn’t require much fertilization. You can add a very diluted, balanced liquid houseplant fertilizer to the water every couple of months during the growing season (spring through early autumn). Use only a small amount of fertilizer.

7. Pruning:

• Prune your Lucky Bamboo as needed to maintain its desired shape. Trim any yellowing or dead leaves, and prune the plant if it becomes too tall or crowded.

8. Repotting:

• Lucky Bamboo typically doesn’t need repotting. It can remain in the same container for a long time.
